I am not sure what else you guys need, and if somebody recognizes the problem. I surely do hope so. We use tight VNC server with VNC viewer in our machine to control PCs (which run tight vnc server) from one host PC (which has the real vnc viewer).

Since we migrated to windows 10 we now have a dot as a mouse cursor which never changes. So we lose the normal behavior of the mouse cursus (e.g. to expand the border of another window, is not appreciated by our users with a simple dot).

I am not completely sure who is reponsible for visualizing the mouse cursor (the viewer or the server?). Could you tell me that? And if it is the server, can this be solved so that a normal cursor is shown?

Many thanks in advance!

Viewer -> Connection options -> Let remote server deal with cursor, Local cursor shape -> Do not show

      Hi, thanks for helping out!
In which application do you suggest to apply these settings?
      - Tight VNC viewer
      - Real VNC viewer (which I use)
