No

I just installed TightVNC on Windows 10. I would like a pixel-perfect (unscaled) display, but what I get is magnification according to Windows "Change the size of the text" option, blurring the remode display. I attempted to work around the problem by setting the viewer to scale by 80% (1.25 * 0.8 = 1.0) but the result was terribly blurred! Perhaps it had been scaled twice.

The attached screenshot shows TightVNC viewer in front, the display magnified and blurred despite selection of 100% scale. RealVNC viewer behind is correct at present, that's what it should look like. Settings on the left is open to show "Change the size of the text" at 125%, which it was at during installation and first run.

If I set "Change the size of the text" to 100% then TightVNC viewer scales correctly (but RealVNC viewer gets it wrong, lol).

The VNC server in the above screenshot is vncs in Plan 9 (9front).

The problem also occurs with x11vnc 0.9.13 on FreeBSD 11. For me, it's much worse as the server's screen is the same size in pixels as the client's. Attempting to work around the issue with 80% scaling is similarly awful, with blue ripples around some of my terminals' yellow text.

When the server is my ancient iBook running OS X 10.4 and OSXvnc 1.5 the scaling problem is rather less unwelcome, but the display is distorted even at 100%, with color ripples all over the place.
