#1399 VNC Server's HTTP Server thread can not be destroyed

Environment:
OS ver:Windows Server 2008r2、2012r2........
VNC Srever & VNC Viewer：2.7.10、2.8.50
VNC Server run as service mode

action steps:
1.Reset once per minute for VNC remote access password​.

2.In the task manager's thread counter, you'll see that the number of threads in vncserver will increase by 1 every 1 minutes. And these threads can't automatically destroyed.

3.When the number of threads grows to about 1580, vnc viewer will not be able to remote access the 5900 port of VNC server.

4.This bug is triggered only in some environments.

Sorry, can't reproduce. I tested it with win2012 server in wmware player. Have changed password several times. Two tvnserver processes remained the same, service with 15 threads and control app with 3.
