#1279 Video refresh rate ignored

Hey, it is my understanding that windows that have a matching class name in the video list are supposed to have the refresh rate that you set for videos.

I've set the video refresh rate to 3 hours (10800000ms), but tvnserver ignores this and refreshes as soon as possible. I don't want to watch movies through the VNC, so I don't want to waste CPU cycles on that...

TL;DR; Video recognition interval is ignored - Video Windows are refreshed ASAP instead of waiting.

Server:
Windows 7 (64-bit)
TVNSERVER v2.7.10 (built on Jul 19 2013 at 12:11:42) (running 32-bit)

You can just clear class names list.
Server will send changed screen areas only.
