any command line in properties or cmd under win7 result a windows server usage help

What do you mean? You need help about command line or "-help" doesn't work?

Try to use
tvnserver.exe -controlservice -connect 192.168.1.2 if server running in service mode or
tvnserver.exe -controlapp -connect 192.168.1.2 server running as application.

Yes, it Works (-controlservice).

We want mígrate ultravnc to alternatives beacouse lasts versións its very
slows.

In ultravnc -connect host:port is suficient

In “transefer files mode” we don’t see a “desktop” and “documents and
settins” options, is normal?
