Hello, try to install PyQT manually first: http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/software/pyqt/download The Installer searches for an older Version of it. As far as i know there are no current binaries for SL5, but you can always install it from source. Check the README and INSTALL files, and let us know if you need any further help.
