Windows_binaries

32bit Windows binaries are available from the SourceForge download page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/viking/files/

Viking runs under all recent versions of Windows: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows XP.

The 32 binaries will run on any 64bit Windows versions.

Current binary downloads include GPSBabel 1.4.4 and GTK+ 2.24.

Notes

Viking relies on gpsd to provide current location positioning, called real-time tracking in Viking.

However ATM, gpsd does not support Windows, thus the real-time tracking mode is completely disabled in Windows builds.
