#38 Viking 1.8 doesn't build without mapnik

When trying to build Viking 1.8 on a current Gentoo Linux with Python 3.8 without Mapnik support (which is a mess on its own), I get a build error. The attached patch fixes the error and allows Viking to be correctly built; it was a small braino.

    Yes thank you for reporting this and providing a patch.

    However, this was already reported on Github:
    https://github.com/viking-gps/viking/pull/79

    And the subsequent fixes have been applied to the latest source repository.

    please push out an updated version ... Obviously I'm not the first, and I just wasted another good few minutes reproducing it. centos 7 doesn't have a mapnik library/package.
