[Vice-emu-mail] C64 Print Setup on Linux

I am trying to set up printing but have completely struck out. From what
I found on the net I have my settings as follows (printer 4):

emulation - file system access
IEC device - enabled
driver - ASCII
output - text
text output device - printer 1 (file dump)

The the odd one and I'm assuming this corresponds to the text output
device, printer 1:

printer text device 1 - command is print.dump

I say odd because I don't know what that is supposed to be. I'm guessing
it is a Linux program but I cannot find it anywhere. I was assuming that
I would get a prompt for a file name but when I try to print, there is
no error but nothing happens either. Can someone point me in the right
direction? TIA.
