It'd involves a lot of effort for very little benefit in practice. You are much better off in practice to image those disks once and for all, and then use the images.
That said, i'd really like to know what you think would be the benefit of doing this (because i dont see any)

Vice already reads a floppy with the original 1541 I and II connected with Xum1541 board but it's really more practical and easy and cheap to use a usb pc drive with greaseweazle. Amiga emulator Win Uae uses it and it's very nice to load from a real floppy for the feeling of a real hw

First of all using 1541 via opencbm is even worse in practise. Its not compatible at all, and for most things its unusable.
Hence the question for what do you think the benefit would be. Making an image first and then using it will just work. Adding those devices will only add problems and likely make compatibility worse.

Ok, I will continue using Xum1541 with Wuae. It loads correctly the floppies but it is really uncomfortable compared to use a 5.25 pc floppy just connected with usb

I take it the request is to allow for this:

hardware to be USB connected to the host PC and integrate with Vice in order to read original disks.
The general answer to this kind of thing is:no

As a diskette ripper for years I also join the order, it would be a good option
I can only repeat the question: what do you think is the benefit?
