#228 petcat: add support for Kipper BASIC & BASIC On Bails

They need to be added to VersNames[]. And, PETCATVERSION should be bumped up.

Two things:

• a comma is missing at the end of VersNames[]'s "Basic 2.0 with expanded basic 20" line
• NUM_VERSIONS should be replaced with a macro that computes the current count of VersNames[]

So can this feature be re-opened until the issues above are addressed?

The issues mentioned before are fixed in the current trunk, and I am in the progress of making improvements to the petcat source file for easier maintenance and future expansion.
