#151 Add CBM key to layout as Shifted...

Hi!

I'm very sad that's impossible to create shortcuts in keymap CBM+L (example).
As we everybody knows, key can be shifted or not, Left Shift, Right Shift... values 1 0 etc.
Please add for example key is hit with Commodore key - e.g. CBM+G and value to be Commodored....

would you PLEASE stop reporting the same things over and over? this will certainly NOT speed up the process of getting this or that new feature.
