#921 WinVICE - Help reports error

Hi!

Little problem, not so important:
When I want to open CHM file i reports error:
Unable to open mk:@MSITStore:D:\Commodore\Commodore 128\VICE NEW\VICE\doc\vice.chm.

I have also installed HTML Help Workshop and have no problem with own and of course other software helps.

BTW: I'm sometimes checking also VICE News and there is written about ChangeLog - where to find it?

of course you get an error when opening the vice.chm from the pokefinder releases, it's 0 bytes.

not sure if i did change anything in the build script, but my own compiles do have a working vice.chm and also a working vice.hlp

anyway, the pdf is working

Can you fix it anyway? Pokefinder builds are made by anybody outside VICE team, yes?
It is not important bug, but nice to see working it.

i don't think it even needs a fix, my guess is, pokefinder does not have the html help workshop installed, thus the chm building fails.

the current help files for windows are here right now.
