#841 Normal close on about window.

The upper right hand cross box - normally used to close window - doesn't work on the about-window, you have to press the OK button.

And, that window's window-manager-menu can't close it. Even more important, the "Alt+F4" hotkey can't close it!

This patch fixes it.
