#753 Sound stutter and Speed problems with 2.4 and above

Hello Vice Team,

i have some very strange problems since your version 2.4: When i am playing at 50HZ and unchecking "Render to DX Primäry Surface", i have sound stutter and very low Speed between 90-62%! Every 30 seconds the game have sound problems. This is with version 2.4 and above, till newest nightly build!

With version 2.3, all is fine, Speed at 100-101%!

It has to do with "Render to DX Primäry Surface" and 50 HZ Screen Mode.

Testet on a gaming pc from Alienware, and a Laptop from Samsung!

Yes, having the same issue here. I`m guessing it's low priority in the to fix list.
