#752 WinVICE 2.4.27.31168 completely works not!

Hi!
Yesterday I downloaded WinVICE 2.4.27.31168 7ZIP archive to test from Pokefinder.org, trying to test.
No one emulator works!
Today - for to be sure - I downloaded also ZIP archive and again tried each emulator - again no one works!
This is only attemp to give a warning, maybe next build will work, but I mean for you will be useful that this was not working (I'm downloading each published build) and ou can later find at which build it began.

r31166 did not crash for me.

both SDL (win) and winvice work now.

btw, in the SDL version there is under SID model

they are missing in winvice.
