#696 +autostart-warp commandline option breaks auto start

The following combination does not work anymore for a few weeks:

x64sc -default +autostart-warp some.d64

Instead of the expected RUN: the cursor walks 4 lines down.

This works though:

x64sc -default +autostart-delay +autostart-warp same.d64
