If I enable the remote monitor, File → Activate monitor no longer does anything in the GUI.

Tested on macOS with x64sc -default on vice-arm64-gtk3-3.10-r46112.

Mmmmh i am not sure if that wasn't intentional. (It actually makes sense to only allow one or the other - both can not be active at the same time, since they are basically the same thing)

(This is about the legacy "remote monitor", not the new "binary interface")
