#2188 Regression in VICE 3.10 - attaching Epyx Fastload cartridge no longer works

x64sc 3.10 does not appear to recognize Epyx Fastloader cartridge images anymore.
Attaching Epyx_FastLoad_1984_v3.crt (or any other version like v2 or v1) results in either a CPU JAM, a core dump, or some other kind of hang

Extremely sorry, there is no regression, only user error.

I forgot I had enabled the REU, which obviously does not work together with the epyx fastload cartridge.

It would be helpful if it was somehow possible to warn about using illegal combinations, like epyx+REU, but I realize that may be hard to do.
