I just upgraded from Vice 3.4 to 3.7 and... How is it possible that the same settings in two different Vice versions give different colors? (Also the CRT settings are the same). I would expect the colors to be the same in each version? Is this a bug?

no, its not a bug - its simply the result of new improved measurements and emulation
