#1908 x128 drives not working properly when switching to c64 mode.

this was introduced recently. it works fine if x128 is in c64 mode before autostarting.

    It would appear that keyboard presses to the emulator don't work after either. Can you confirm this?

    The problem appears to happen regardless of autostarting. Even if you initial a soft or hard reset in x128 while the "always to c64 mode" is set, the same keyboard behavior happens. I assume since this is an issue with the CIA 1, it also applies to CIA 2 which is responsible for disk access.
