Since GTK3VICE-3.6.1-win64 joystick positions UP and LEFT are sticking ON after selecting a joystick, exiting with save and restarting VICE.
In detail: tested with GTK3VICE-3.7.1-win64-r43188, X64SC, Win11
Start VICE with no analogue joysticks selected.
Select analogue joystick (T.16000M) in port 1 or 2, it shows correct behaviour.
Save settings and exit VICE
Start VICE. The joystick is now showing UP and LEFT both stuck ON.
Moving the joystick in the opposite direction and returning to centre clears this.
Also moving the mouse cursor in or out of the VICE window clears the stuck directions.
UP and LEFT continue to stick until VICE is saved and restarted with no analogue joysticks selected.

Same problem exists with another analogue joystick (Logitech Force3DPro).
NO sticking positions with digital joysticks. (Logitech Precision Gamepad and Speedlink Competion Pro Extra).
NO sticking joystick positions with GTK3VICE-3.6.0-win64
Noted similarities with bug ticket #1822
Logfile reports gtk3-joymap-C64SC.vjm not found. Should VICE create this?
Bugs aside, thanks very much for VICE, a great set of emulators!
