#1398 gtk 3.5: x128 - mouse capture on 80 screen behaves strangely

Mouse acts very strange in 80 col mode (GEOS 128). It seems the only way it behaves properly is if the 80 and 40 col windows are side by side. If the 40 col window is minimized, the mouse will not work properly at all.

3.5 (GTK3 3.24.24, GLib 2.66.3)

Same here... GTK3 3.24.21, GLib2 2.64.4.

If the 40 col window is covered by some other desktop window like a web-browser, the mouse grab will not work, even if the 80 col window is the top window.
The mouse will then be inside of the 40 col window and since this window is covered by the web-browser the mouse will highlight links in that browser window.
