Not sure whetever Forum thread is enough or ticket should be filled (our ICT needs tickets :)
Problem is described in detail in post https://sourceforge.net/p/veracrypt/discussion/technical/thread/be24456b/ .
A quick search on the internet shows that this kind of issue happens on Windows 10 without any encryption involved.Most of them seem to be linked to some GPU configuration in Windows.
Did you try first those?

Also, did you disable fast Startup feature of Windows? If no, then try disabling it.
At this stage, I don't see how this can be caused by VeraCrypt alone.
Hmm, I was googling for all related to veracrypt and hibernation, but haven't tried hibernation alone... Will try that and get back with results.
I wasn't been able to resolve it via any of found means (most are about ATI and I've Nvidia), but since clean reinstall of Windows 10 this issue didn't reappeared so I guess something related with upgrade from Windows 7. And fixed for me now.
