Mount a veracrypt file using veracrypt 1.25.9 on win11 - 64 bit as drive letter X.
Right click drive X and go to Properties->Sharing->Advanced Sharing
Select the "Share this folder" checkbox and click Apply.
I get the following Error:
"
An error occurred when trying to share X. The device or directory does not exist.
The shared resource was not created at this time.
"
I tried the same on the exact same veracrypt.hc file copied to a Win10 - 64 bit machine running 1.25.9 version of veracrypt and it works fine. So this seems a compatibility issue on Win11.

In addition if you right click the veracrypt drive and attempt to change the security on the drive from the Security tab , windows gives an error :
"
Can't open access control editor. Unable to perform a security operation on an object that has no associated security.
"
Also verified that the network sharing operation with Truecrypt 7.1a still works on win11
