I'm getting the same issue!! I don't know what's going on. The only thing that happened is I know the machine logged off without the volume dismounting first.

Same for me dirty disconnection (datadisk uncrypted with vera), I did evething I could "restore volume header", testdisk create a new empty partition, chdisk Ffff. look toward testcrypt. I have no idea what so ever I could do...
