Hello Mounir,
User indnqwiw has discovered that Tails is able to detect the existence of a hidden partition in VeraCrypt volumes.
Indnqwiw is currently performing additional tests on FAT and NTFS filesystems when using hidden volumes.
Currently, exFAT exposes the existence of a hidden volume.

This issue can't be reproduced.
This is certainly a case of random bytes interpreted by Linux as valid (although incorrect) partition table for the affected RAW disk without any link to hidden volume presence. As such, I'm sure even OP can not reproduce it.
