Folder name word order changes, last word comma earlier words

This has now happened twice on different versions of Veracrypt, currently on 1.24, Windows 7, 64bit. I'm using a separate container. I'll mount it as a drive, click in and the folder names will have changed such that the last word in the folder name appears first, and then after a comma, the rest of the folder name. I've posted a picture showing the issue. Reboots do not fix the issue.
