the day before yesterday i tried to encrypt my hard drive where windows is installed but when i try to enter the password it shows that its booting for about 2 seconds but after that i brings me back to the section where i have to try to enter my password and when i do it again i get redirected to windows problem solving(?). Yesterdayi bought a ssd and installed windows and after that veracrypt on it. it shows my hard drive is there but when i try to mount or permanently decrypt it, it shows that i typed the wrong password which couldnt be the case as i checked at least 20 times that it is correct. i get the following error code: Source MountVolume:8299. My second problem is when i try to load the rescue disk via usb(which worked the day before yesterday but after that i didnt work anymore)it wont show anymore and when it show the day before yesterday i couldnt permanently encrypt my hard drive because it said that i wrote the wrong password again which cant be the case.

You mention two problems but it really seems like there are three. I want to make sure I understand exactly what you are reporting, so I am going to break down your post into the different problems that it seems like you are reporting, then ask some questions:
This looks like problem #1

And you call this your second problem but it looks like problem #3:

Ok, and now here are my questions:
Are all these problems with the same computer?
Did problem #1 occur during the boot test?
With problem #1 and problem #2 it looks like you are referring to different hard drives. Is this the case?
It looks like you must have successfully had VeraCrypt running at some point, because you mention trying to decrupt your drive. Is this the case?
How are you trying to boot off the USB?
I am not sure all the things you have done. Perhaps you can start from the very beginning from when you first installed VeraCrypt and tell me exactly what you did, step-by-step with VeraCrypt and make sure your account answers all the questions I asked.
