I need 2 OSs (windowns-windows) for 2 users on the same machine, both encrypted. Since -as i saw in this forum too- there is no real way to have it with VC, withount two users knowing one password, or with bitlocker, i ended up in a solution when the hidden OS is utilized by veracrypt
I know it made for other reasons, but solves my problem too. The Plausible Deniability does not matter now.

My current logical block is the unknown fact: Can we adjust the location of the outer volume after it was set in the first place?
Sure, the size is fixed, since it is an encrypted blob, also the order is locked, since it has to be the second volume after the decoy/other system.

As my plan goes, one OS would be a full one, the second is for one program. For that one program there is not so much what is needed, so it might be one OS with a higly reduced size (custom iso). Since how the hidden OS must be made, it causes a problem:
-if the small os is the hidden one, there will be not enough place to install the normal one in front of it.
-If the normal is the hidden one, there would be a gap after the small one, or the small one would need to take up the same space as the normal, also making the drive-usage ineffective.
Unless i could slide around the outer volume freely, what would be awsome.

Can i do that? Is there anything what could cause issue?

If both above is positive, is there a reason to have one-kind above mentioned OS in one particular place from the two options? What is that?

Any experience based tips can help!
