I did decrypt my complete hard drive (Win 10, VeraCrypt 1.24) and then my PC booted only into the BIOS.
Using the Rescue Disk on an USB stick I am able to boot into my Windows 10 installation without password (cause it is already decrypted).
But how can I make it, that my PC will boot automatically into my Windows installation (without using the Rescue Disk on USB Stick)?
Which option will I have to choose at Rescue Disk boot menu?
I can find anything like "Install original Windows Boot Loader".
Please help me :)

You can always use the Windows install disk and run the troubleshooter to fix boot problems. It should offer to troubleshoot the boot process and restore the original boot loader. Be certain the HDD is completely decrypted before using this method.

The Win 10 installer was not able to fix the boot problem.
Any other idea?
