I encrypted my E drive using VeraCrypt and then I am unable to open the VeraCrypt software after that.Most probably because it was installed on E drive.Any solutions how to deal with it?

Your post is a little unclear to me, but what I understand you to be saying is that you installed VeraCrypt on your E: drive (not your system drive) and then you encrypted the E: drive, which doesn't automatically mount at boot time. Now you can't run VeraCrypt properly because the E: drive isn't yet mounted and the program files are unreachable.

If I haven't totally misunderstood your dilemma, try using the portable version of VeraCrypt to mount your encrypted drive using the E: drive letter. As always with drive letters, make sure Windows hasn't assigned the letter E: to any partition. If it has, remove it first with Disk Management (or diskpart) so VeraCrypt can assign the drive letter when it mounts the drive. Then uninstall VeraCrypt from the E: drive and reboot. Hopefully you can then install VeraCrypt correctly on your system drive.
