[Need Help] different size before and after mount

I have encrypted an external device and i get different sizes before and after mount (see screen): 1.8 TB before and 3.6 TB after. expected size is 3.6 TB. file manager says i can use 3.6 TB (after mount).

1) do i have a problem?
2) if yes: can i check/solve it without loosing data?

Where are you seeing of the partition before it's mounted?
