    1. I have several partitions encrypted with a keyfile.

I want to get them automatically mounted when windows starts.

So far the mounting works, but it asks for every partition (and I don't want that).

I don't have an additional password and the keyfile is set as default.

It should be possible, but so far... (no result)

    1. The rescue disc. By encrypting windows, only a zip-file was created for use with USB

I want an iso-image, that I can burn on DVD or CD. How do I create one?

    1. On the start it reads P #nextline# assword. Can this be corrected to Password in one line?

    I use veracrypt 1.23-beta2 and windows10-64bit (redstone5) and a casual HDD.

Re your first question: when you set your default keyfile, did you select the 'Try first to mount with an empty password' and 'Use keyfiles' options?

Re your third question, the issue you are having is not clear. Where/when does this happen? And what exactly is happening?

"Try first to mount with an empty password" works. Thanks!

If I start the computer there is written "P][assword:".
It should be there "Password:" instead.
    "]
[" means the change from one text line to another.
The "P" is on the end of the line before.
    I don't like "assword:" as a start.

The rescue-iso-image-question is because I have never used an usb-rescue-stick before and I'm not sure that it will work properly when needed.

    a. Might be best to start a separate thread re the zip-to-iso question. Can't help with that.

    b. So, you get this corrupted request for the password, with a line-break, at the boot prompt, with system encryption? Did you create a custom message? If not, try creating one and see what happens. (I don't currently use system encryption, but from memory, you should be able to do that, under System > Properties, or Settings.)

I get this corrupted request for the password, with a line-break, at the boot prompt, with system encryption.
    I didn't create a custom message.

I haven't tried this and will not do it because I'm not sure that in case of an error which makes the system unusable I can rescue it. Besides I think that this is a tiny bug in (at least) the latest VeraCrypt version which needs to be corrected there.

And the help file needs work too. There is written a lot about rescue-iso-handling but actually it's not possible to get one. Or at least I don't know how.
