I get this corrupted request for the password, with a line-break, at the boot prompt, with system encryption. I didn't create a custom message. I haven't tried this and will not do it because I'm not sure that in case of an error which makes the system unusable I can rescue it. Besides I think that this is a tiny bug in (at least) the latest VeraCrypt version which needs to be corrected there. And the help file needs work too. There is written a lot about rescue-iso-handling but actually it's not...
The rescue-iso-image-question is because I have never used an usb-rescue-stick before and I'm not sure that it will work properly when needed.
"Try first to mount with an empty password" works. Thanks! If I start the computer there is written "P][assword:". It should be there "Password:" instead. "][" means the change from one text line to another. The "P" is on the end of the line before. I don't like "assword:" as a start.
I have several partitions encrypted with a keyfile. I want to get them automatically mounted when windows starts. So far the mounting works, but it asks for every partition (and I don't want that). I don't have an additional password and the keyfile is set as default. It should be possible, but so far... (no result) The rescue disc.
