I am a new member of the forum and searched for similar questions without success.
When I delete a file in my VeraCrypt container the file is gone without any warning message or without going into the Recycle Bin (I hope that's the correct name in English for this).
I would like to get such kind of warning or possibility to reverse the deleting.
Does anyone know if there is such a possibility?
Thank you very much for your help!
Kind regards,
Matt

If you want to enable the Recycle Bin for mounted VC volumes in general, you need (via Settings > Preferences... ) to uncheck 'Mount volumes as removable media'.
If you want to do it for a specific volume, you can leave that option checked, but launch the volume from the command line (or via a batch file) and not use the /m rm parameter. (If you use the command line/batch file, any general preferences specified via the GUI are ignored; you have to specify everything you want to happen, if it is not VC's default behaviour.)
Any VC volume which is mounted with the recycle bin enabled can have its properties inspected by right-clicking on the general 'Recycle Bin' icon and left-clicking 'Properties'. You can, for example, set its size. Whether you get a warning message is global for all drives with enabled recycle bins, set by checking (or not) the 'Display delete confirmation dialog'.
