Ok...so i tried to create a new encrypted volume in Veracrypt and it asked me to disable Fast boot, then i read that it can cause trouble in booting and running if fast boot is on, so i disabled it, but after that i got a problem.
The problem comes from System interrupts, before i turned Fast boot off, it used to use 0.1-2% of CPU, and after a Restart it used to use 4-15% of CPU and then it would go back to normal after a shut down(with Fast boot on of course).
Now with Fast boot off, it does a regular shut down, but System interrupts uses 4-15% of the CPU which can cause CPU usage increase about 10% which causes heat and it runs the laptop fan at a higher speed than before and it uses more battery.
I've got a HDD so the system runs better with Fast boot off, but the only problem is the increase usage of CPU. I've researched already and there is nothing wrong with the hardware and this is normal, but the heat is an issue compared to before, and i wanna know, is there any way to run Veracrypt and the volumes without any problem with Fast boot on?
Or can i dismount the volume before shutdown (fast boot = on), or is it gonna have other side effects?

Known issues reported by VeraCrypt users when leaving Windows Fast Startup enabled with VeraCrypt are:
Windows does not shutdown completely causing security issues by not dismounting VeraCrypt volumes. Upon bootup, not prompting for password when mounting VeraCrypt volumes and will leave VeraCrypt volumes mounted.
Enabling RAM encryption when using System Encryption can prevent Windows shutdown to function properly. See this thread.
Prevents System Favorites from working.
