Ok...so i tried to create a new encrypted volume in Veracrypt and it asked me to disable Fast boot, then i read that it can cause trouble in booting and running if fast boot is on, so i disabled it, but after that i got a problem. The problem comes from System interrupts, before i turned Fast boot off, it used to use 0.1-2% of CPU, and after a Restart it used to use 4-15% of CPU and then it would go back to normal after a shut down(with Fast boot on of course).
