VeraCrypt Bootfailure Help UEFI

Hi there. So I turned on my computer this morning. Veracrypt prompt did not appear. It wemnt straight to this screen.

I went into the Boot menu (Blue and white one). And the ONLY boot option is UEFI Shell.

There is no USB boot, no HD boot nothin.

The USB pport is WORKING as the mouse and keyboard are working, but nothing is coming up from a boot POV.

So I have a rescue disk, but I am unable to boot from it.

Any help greatly appreciated . I have not changed ANY settings at all. Maybe Windows has done a weird update oer night?
