When I try to encrypt the entire drive, the encryption option for the entire drive is highlighted in gray. Because of this, I can’t click on it. How to fix it? Thank u!

Hello,
I suspect that your PC is in UEFI mode
in UEFI firmware scripts at boot time are stored in a FAT32 FS the EFI partition
Theses scripts are not aware about encryption so EFI partition can't be encrypted
and you can't encrypt all drive but only system partition ,you can also add system favorites partitions encrypted with the same password than system (but encrypted in separate process)

I think you are beginer don't forget that at boot time password is entered on US keyboard layout
so the better way is to use only characters common beteween US and Russian keyboard
