Windows is installed on..: c:\ on this Samsung SM961 SSD M.2 2280 NVMe - 256GB
veracrypt..: I have encrypted drive C: using AES256
Problem..:
When i boot into windows 10 then i see at the windows code screen vertical lines in many colours at the bottom of my screen.. ( about 1cm high, i tried to mimic how it look like in my image )
And when i enter my windows password then the horisontal lines cover 1cm of the bottom of my screen and the entire "taskbar" with my clock, and links to various programs i have there.
If i wait 5 minutes it goes away by it self, but if i right click my deskop and change resolution to something smaller and then cancel, then the horisontal lines will also go away in 1 out of 20 cases.
IF i do not use veracrypt then my computer startup without any vertical lines on my screen.
I notised that if I start my computer and type in my veracrypt code wrong one time, and then type it in again correctly then i typcal do not see the wird vertical lines on my screen.
Its not a big problem for me, i can typical fix it by resizing the desktop and cancel it and return to original size, but its a wird bug ;-)
I have a hunch that the problem might be the 2080rtx card, since I had 0 problems when i used my previous video card a 1080gtx.. so it might be a driver issue of some kind.
Sincerely Peder
( i donated 10 euro i think veracrypt is fantastic.. and also donated in the past, keep up the good work i think veracrypt is the best product that even work over LAN ).
