To help the developer, which version of VeraCrypt?

I'm using the version Vera Crypt 1.24-Hotfix1 (64bit). This option works on another computer.
I bought a new one and it doesn't work. If I can help, ask.

@maf2 : This message is displayed if we detect that the VeraCrypt service is not running on the machine which is something that is not normal. This service is configured by VeraCrypt to run at system startup when system encryption is used.
Can you please check Windows Event Viewer and look for entries related to VeraCrypt System Favorite service? If this service encountered an error, an message will be logged.

Also, can you please check that the file VeraCrypt.exe exists in C:\Windows\System32 and that it is the same file VeraCrypt.exe located in C:\Program Files\VeraCrypt? You can start by checking the they have the same file.

It cleared up. Favorite service did not start. I fixed it. Thank you.

@maf2 : Thank you for the confirmation but I would like to know if the service was stopped manually or did it stop by itself? This service is not supposed to be stopped so I would like to check to see if there is any issue on VeraCrypt side.

@idrassi : Probably the reason was this program https://www.franmo.pl/. I used autostart optimization. It is only in the Polish version. Similar to CCcleaner.
