My water cooler recently leaked and shorted my motherboard so I've had to buy a new one and install it. Now when I finished installing it, my ssd kept doing an automatic repair loop (encrypted with veracrypt) and I couldn't get out of it. So I put in the rescue disc and decrypted the drive but it doesn't show that its decrypted. As it still does the automatic repair loop. I'm stuck for ideas, can anyone help please? I've got extremely important things on there.

When you say "it doesn't show that it's decrypted" do you mean that it's still asking for a password? Is this an EFI system? If so, have you tried hitting ESC at the password prompt? It may be that it's decrypted but the EFI boot loader didn't properly uninstall (there are a few EFI systems that don't precisely follow the standard when it comes to adding and removing loaders).

That doesn't mean the drive is encrypted necessarily. It may mean the drive is corrupted. Water on the SSD is quite capable of getting in behind, say, only one of the SSD's storage chips and not the controller, which would potentially have it return corrupted data but still interface with the motherboard.
Are you able to use Linux? In this case I'd recommend using a live Linux DVD to investigate the drive. Check the partition table, try and mount the partition in question by itself, and if that doesn't work then use the Linux version of VeraCrypt and see if it can mount that partition.
Try and make an image before you do anything that writes to it, though.
