Error while copying system to hidden volume

Hello everybody,

Im trying to setup hidden os and after setting up my both passwords it rebooted so i can complete the install and then it asked for my hidden system password after verifying it i keep getting this problem.

I tried to run the chkdsk on windows but it is not working.
