Please provide more information about your issue.

Using the Mount Options button, try mounting the volume using the embedded backup header option.

What is the OS and OS version?

What is the current version of VeraCrypt on your PC?

When is the last time you successfully mounted the volume?

Did the problem of mounting occur after you upgraded to 1.26 version?
