I have slow performance on my system with AES encryption.
I hava only a copy rate of 120 MB/s between my very fast SSD and my AES encrypted RAID.
General question: When the system use the AES CPU Feature, can I see it with the task "System"
I see in the taskmonitor the task "system" use only 10% CPU.
I run under Windows 7 x64 SP1
The Performance Benchmark in VeraCrypt says: 2,5GB/s
What it mean, GigaByte or GigaBit
When I test it unencrypted, I have really fast copy speed between SSD and unencrypted RAID Volume, round 2400MB/s. I mean really 2400 Megabyte.
Where is my problem?
Thank you

I solved my problem.
It was the GData VirenScanner.
There is a mini driver in there, that have problems with really fast diskdrive (M.2 NVMe SSD oder RAID Sets)
