Dear experts! I tried to permanently decrypt my volume with Veracrypt, but it stopped at 0,02 % because of hardware error. To access my data, I tried then to reverse the process and re-encrypt the full volume but it failed at 99,98 %, because of physical error. Is there any chance to get my data from that volume?
Thank you!

If I understood your post correctly, you will not be able to recover your data due to your attempt to re-encrypt the already encrypted volume thereby overwriting the volume.
General Statement of the Importance of Backups
If you value your data, always have frequent offline backups of your data on another disk drive due to possible hardware failure, software issues or user error which can cause loss of data and/or access to either the unencrypted drive or an encrypted disk, partition or file container.

Thanks for your answer! I didn't re-encrypt the already encrypted volume, but tried to reverse my previous decryption, VeraCrypt has this feature, so the encryption process began only on the already decrypted part (cca. 0.02 % of the volume).

Yes, I tried, but couldn't mount the volume, even when selected embedded backup header. Is it possible to mount a volume that isn't encrypted fully, just for 99,8%?

Have you tried to mount the volume?
If you cannot mount the volume, try using the options button to select embedded backup header.

What error did you recieve when you attempted to mount the volume using the primary and then the embedded backup hearder?

That is the debug code location.
What is the English wording of the error message?
