I am reaching out to request urgent technical assistance regarding a critical data decryption issue on my system.
I attempted to encrypt/decrypt my Local Disk (D:) using VeraCrypt. However, during this process, Windows BitLocker also got triggered/activated on the same drive, creating a severe conflict. As a result, the drive has now entered a RAW state and shows the error "The parameter is incorrect" when accessed via Windows.
Here are the technical details of the current situation:
Drive Status: Windows Disk Management and PowerShell recognize the drive as RAW (Device is not ready error code 0x80070015).
BitLocker Status: Shows as FullyEncrypted (100%) and Protection Status: On in Admin PowerShell, but any attempt to run Disable-BitLocker fails with the "Device is not ready" error.
Data at Risk: I have over 100 GB of extremely important personal and professional data locked inside this volume.
When I try to use the VeraCrypt GUI to mount or permanently decrypt the partition, it gets stuck or encounters errors because Windows has completely blocked access to the drive's parameters due to the underlying BitLocker conflict.
Could you please guide me on how to force a decryption or bypass this conflict using the VeraCrypt Command Line (CLI) or any specialized recovery parameters? Is there a way to make VeraCrypt read the volume header directly in this RAW state so I can safely recover my 100+ GB of data?
I would be immensely grateful for your urgent technical guidance.
