its the first time I am using this Forum thing for a support request. If further information or corrections are needed - please let me know.
To the problem:
I tried to set up the system disk encryption. That was no problem at all, until I got to the point to reboot the system to test the setup.
I can get into the UEFI with no problem at all (with DEL or F2), but I am not able to type any input at the bootloader (still the in the test, still no actual encryption done).
The ESC Button shows no affect at all. Same thing with all other keys, including enter or F5.
Because the ESC Button isnt working I cant skip the progress. As far as I know there is no option for that case in the rescue disk.
Secure Boot and Fast Boot are turned off. I made sure that USB is enabled at all (I can go into UEFI, so the mice is registered, but I made sure there are no mistakes).
I tried all 6 USB ports, so if some ports are turned on way later thats no problem maker too.
I tried 3 different keyboards aswell. With all of them I could go into the UEFI but cant get the bootloader to register any input.
By now iam stuck and clueless.
Version is 1.23 hotfix 2
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 Bit, up to date (28th of August)
Drivers are up to date too.
