How to force VeraCrypt to create a volume over existing partitions?

I want to create a volume on a whole HDD. First I filled it with random data with ZuluCrypt. And now I got stuck on false positive detection of partitions on my HDD. There are no partitions, parted can't see them and can't delete them. But VeraCrypt (and ZuluCrypt too) insists, there are two partitions, which should be deleted first.

How can I force VeraCrypt to create a volume over existing partitions?
